Tracking Your Shipment

All orders placed through llanwonno.shop are shipped via tracked courier services (Royal Mail, DPD, or DHL). Once dispatched, you will receive an email with:

  • Your unique tracking number
  • A direct link to the courier's tracking portal
  • Estimated delivery date and time window

Tip: Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your dispatch email for the tracking link to update with initial scan information. If your tracking number is not recognised after 24 hours, please contact our support team.

Common Tracking Questions

My tracking number is not working.
Courier tracking systems can take up to 24 hours to register a new shipment. If it has been longer than 24 hours since your dispatch email, please contact us.

My parcel says delivered but I have not received it.
Check with neighbours, safe spaces, or building reception. If still missing, contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate with the courier.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Unfortunately, we cannot redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.
